All portraits are securely packaged and sent recorded and signed-for delivery.

Scanned images
8x8", A4 and greeting card drawings can be scanned for an additional £5

Please contact me to discuss multi-animal and non-standard sizes, and I will be happy to provide a quote.
Payment terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of commission.
- The remaining 50% must be paid after completion and prior to delivery.
Discussing your commission
- Before accepting a commission, we will discuss your requirements in detail.
- This can be arranged in person, via online video calls (e.g., FaceTime, Google Meet, Zoom), or over the phone.
- During our discussion, we will review the photograph you wish to base your portrait on, agree on the preferred style, and discuss the desired timescales.
- Approximately two weeks before starting work on your commission, I will contact you to confirm your requirements
Source photographs and images
- If the image is not your own, please ensure you have the rights and licenses to use it.
- If you do not have the rights, I will attempt to obtain them, which may incur an additional fee.
- I adhere to the arts society copyright guidance to ensure all rights are respected.
Framing
Please note that I do not provide a framing service, as I find this is very personal to individual preferences and décor. However, we do provide mount guide marks and instructions for your framer.
